Most of Ordell’s key employees have been with the company for over ten years. Collectively, our staff have a combined total of over 150 years experience. Every member of our staff occupies a vital position; from the owner/members and office personnel to the carpenters and laborers, we consider each person to be an important member of the project team.

Sarah embarked on her career in the construction industry at the age of 18, marking the beginning of a journey that led her to Ordell in 2007. Passionate about team development, she cherishes the collaborative process and firmly believes that communication and mutual respect form the foundation of successful business and personal relationships. As a proud member since 2022, Sarah is committed to elevating industry standards and looks forward to each and every project.

Erik commenced his journey in the construction industry immediately after graduating from college in 2007. Armed with a proven background, he new leverages his construction knowledge, experience and leadership skills to the direct day-to-day operations of our project managers. His focus on collaboration within the team aims to establish efficient systems, ensuring the successful execution of projects from conception to delivery. As a newly welcomed member in 2022, Erik is committed to propelling Ordell forward, emphasizing team empowerment and fostering growth within the company.
