Most of Ordell’s key employees have been with the company for over ten years. Collectively, our staff have a combined total of over 150 years experience. Every member of our staff occupies a vital position; from the owner/members and office personnel to the carpenters and laborers, we consider each person to be an important member of the project team.

Partner & General Manager
Mark has over 40 years of experience in the industry and has been a part owner of Ordell since 2007. He excels in coordinating design-build projects as a close team with trusted Architects, Engineers and design-build subcontractors. He joined Robert as part owner in 2007.
Partner & Director of Field Operations
Robert is highly qualified in constructing, masonry, steel structures, wood frame, and pre-engineered metal buildings. Starting at Ordell in the late 1980s he has been instrumental in growing the company for decades. He joined Mark as part owner in 2007.
Director of Admin & Finance
Sarah began her working career in the construction industry at age 18 and started at Ordell in 2007. She loves working with and developing her team and feels communication and mutual respect are keys to successful business and personal relationships.

Starting with Ordell as a laborer in 1997, Adam worked up from Laborer, to foreman, to Superintendent. He continued at Ordell through getting a Construction Engineering Management degree in 2010, then becoming a Project Manager. He now oversees the department.
