“I usually save compliments and thanks you’s until the end of a job.  This just could not wait. But I am not worried about these two letting us down at this point.  Erik and Evin are some of the sharpest, hardworking, honest, put the customer first, stand-up men I have had the pleasure to work with.  You have two great Men working for you!

This should have been an easy job.  But instead we have been challenged from day one with a very nervous onsite client who is constantly confusing the process.  Erik and Evin have continually shown the backbone, of what should make Ordell Construction very proud, of standing up and doing the right thing (every time without fail).  Being part of the solution and not part of the problem.

This is a small job with a huge headache factor and the your two men are treating me and the NYL like a multi-million dollar project.   I can’t say enough of how much I appreciate the two of them for supporting me on this project. Someone has taught them right.

I haven’t provided a very clear set of drawings and directions and then on top of that I tied Erik and Evin’s hands by having them use NYL’s preferred vendors who have in turned been rude, arrogant and dropped the ball.  Only to then have Erik and Evin pick up the ball for me and carry it happily across the finish line. You guys rock and you saved the day!

Thank you again.  I know we aren’t done yet and the last part of this project is a bit tricky and I am sure it will be fun.  I am confident we will get it done with the two of you on the job. I apologize for all the confusion and the misinformation that has been given you on this job.  We are almost there.”
